If you don't want to change the title, you should 'complete' it. In that form, "blau" acts as an attribute and cannot stand alone (that's have to do with the preposition; grammatical stuff) so you must put a noun behind the adjective.
To the drawing: Really stunning. The only thing I have to criticize is the Décolletage - it seems that the woman does not have breasts behind the dress. Maybe a little bit more shadows?
And it's pretty cool, that someone use german for the title
To the breasts: It was a just an advice and if you're happy with it, so, why not? ^^ It's still an amazing drawing. I like btw the hair very much. Seems to be very wonderful.
